Thirty days to find where revenue leaks, and what to fix first.
You tell me the business is growing slower than it should, or spending more than it should to grow. I spend thirty days inside it: your numbers, your systems, your sales process and your market. You get a written diagnosis with every fix ranked by what it's worth, and a plan your team can start on the next day.
The revenue map
Every source of leads and revenue you have, and what a customer really costs you from each one. Seeing all of it on one page is rarer than it should be.
The attribution audit
What's tracked, what isn't (phone calls are the usual gap), and where marketing's numbers and sales' numbers stop agreeing, and why.
The systems you pay for
Every tool the business runs on, what it costs, whether anyone uses it, and which ones don't talk to anything else.
The sales process
Recorded calls, a mystery shop, and a walk through the path a lead takes, so we can see where good leads stall or go quiet.
Your website, and what AI says about you
How the site turns a visitor into a lead, and how ChatGPT, Google's AI answers and the rest describe your company when a buyer asks.
The competition
Your three to five closest competitors, researched through Rathvane: how they price, position and sell, and where they leave you an opening. Every claim checked against its source.
The AI you're paying for
For each AI tool, the four questions: what does it do, what's it supposed to do, how is it working, and how do you know?
What customers say
Eight to ten conversations with your customers, or a close read of your reviews, or both. Why they bought, what almost stopped them, and what they tell their friends.
The fix list and the plan
Every gap I find, ranked by what it's worth, each with an owner and a next action, and a 90-day plan built from the top of the list. We walk through it together at a readout with your leadership team, and thirty days later we get on a call to see what moved.
Access
Read access to the systems that touch revenue: ad accounts, analytics, the CRM, call tracking and recordings, and revenue by channel. The thirty days start when the access does.
Your time
A few hours across the month: a kickoff, a working session when the first findings land in week two, and the readout.
Your team's time
A conversation with each person who owns a piece of revenue, usually an hour or so each, and a few quick follow-up questions along the way.
Candor
The more you tell me about what's been tried and what didn't work, the less time I spend rediscovering it, and the more of the month goes to what you don't know yet.
Week 1
Your business, your team and your numbers, in that order. I read everything and talk to everyone who touches revenue.
Week 2
My first findings, in writing: the specific gaps and what each one is costing you. You hear the big ones now, not at the end.
Weeks 3 and 4
The customer conversations, the competitive research and the numbers behind each fix, so the ranking holds up when someone questions it.
Day 30
The readout and the written diagnosis. It's yours whether or not we continue, and this is where you decide what happens next.
Three ways forward, and all three are fine.
Building the fixes isn't part of the diagnostic, on purpose. The diagnosis should tell you what's right for your business, not what keeps me busy.
Run it yourselves
Your team takes the plan and runs with it. The 30-day follow-up call is included either way.
Build one piece
If one fix needs outside hands, we scope it on its own, with a fixed price before it starts.
The Advisory Retainer
I stay in the decisions while the plan becomes results. Details below.
For the companies where the plan is big enough that it needs someone in the room while it happens. Scoped after the diagnostic, when we both know what the work actually is.
Weekly sessions
With you and the people carrying the plan: what moved, what didn't, and what we do about it this week.
Access at inflection points
A pricing change, an acquisition offer, a vendor contract, a hire. You call before you decide, not after.
A monthly competitor watch
What your competitors changed this month, through Rathvane: pricing, positioning, hires, launches, and what people are saying about them.
Board-meeting prep
The numbers, the story and the hard questions, worked through before you're in the room.
A quarterly performance analysis
Every quarter we put what changed next to what we expected, in writing, and adjust the plan. If something isn't paying off, you'll hear it from me first.
Scope and fee
From $25K, fixed at scoping according to how many locations, channels and systems are in play. You see the scope and the price in writing before anything starts, and the price doesn't move unless the scope does.
Payment
Half on signing, half at the readout. A Strategy Session fee is credited in full.
Into the retainer
The retainer runs twelve months at minimum. Start within 90 days of the readout and the diagnostic fee is credited toward it.
Capacity
I take on one or two clients at a time. If I can't give your company the month it needs, I'll say so and suggest when I can. Who does the work.
Confidentiality
Everything you share is held in strict confidence, and the diagnosis is yours. Nothing about your company appears anywhere without your written consent.
What it isn't
Business judgment, not legal, financial, accounting or investment advice. Where a decision needs a lawyer or a CPA, I'll say so.
A company doing $10M to $100M with a growth ceiling the numbers don't explain, a marketing budget that isn't returning what it should, or an acquisition or a system migration coming that needs the revenue picture to hold up. A CEO who wants the honest version. Not a fit for a company that wants a diagnosis to agree with a decision already made.
Tell me where growth stalls.
Start with the free fit conversation. If a diagnostic makes sense, I'll send a written scope and a fixed price. If it doesn't, you'll hear that too.
